Jacqueline Williams LLB, FCMA Acol.

Jacqueline is a qualified barrister and accountant. She has extensive industry experience in regulation and compliance, and has worked as a consultant and trainer with numerous firms in both the private and voluntary sectors. She was previously employed as project manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Seacontainers Group and the United Assurance group. Her recent clients include the British Overseas NGOs for Development (BOND), The Directory of Social Change (DSC) and the Development Education Association (DEA)..

Dele Jones BA ACA.

Dele is managing partner of FJP International (strategic partners of AAA Consultancy Services Ltd, in Africa). He is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant with a background in accountancy and audit. He went on to gain extensive experience in the consultancy and project management field, and has been responsible for a number of organisational and institutional development projects, in different parts of Africa. He previously worked with Price Waterhouse and The First National Finance Corporation in the UK, and KPMG in the Gambia..

Sadia Chinery-Hesse LLB, SOLICITOR, FCIS.

Sadia is a UK qualified Solicitor and Chartered Secretary. She has many years’ private practice and in-house Counsel experience with specialisations in Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Governance and Compliance. She has also served as secretary on many boards. She is now Director of Comsec and Allied Services Limited, a company providing Company Secretarial, Governance and Legal Services. Previous employers include Whitbread PLC, the leading Accra-based international law firm, Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah and Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited (part of the Standard Bank Group of South Africa). s

Claire Short BA, DipEd, M.Ed.

Claire has extensive project management and project evaluation and monitoring experience in the public and voluntary sectors. She has specialised in diversity and race relations consultancy and training and brings her international perspective to bear on the work she does. Her clients have included the Department of Health, Milton Keynes Council and the Northampton Council for Ethnic Minority Communities.

Barbara Agyeman BA, Msc, MCIPD.

Barbara has over 16 years experience of working with individuals, teams and organisations to enhance their effectiveness. Prior to becoming an external consultant, her career included a number of pivotal Human Resources management, Organisation Development and Management Development roles in a number of sectors inclusive of working with British Airways, Cable & Wireless Global, AIG Europe. Her current client base includes public sector, not-for-profit and private sector organisations. She brings particular strengths in Organisational change management and business development in both national and multi-national organisations.

Amy Betts Priddy (LLB, LLM)

has worked in a variety of legal environments and has held responsible positions with both private and public sector clients, working on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her recent experience includes the role of Company Secretary for International Development Enterprise Associates (UK) limited, promoters of the Mape Project, building a coastal resort and town in Sierra Leone. Amy previously worked with Turner & Townsend plc a construction consultancy firm dealing mainly with contractual and company compliance matters. During her time at the firm she was seconded to BAA to work as a legal consultant on the $4bn plus Terminal 5 project, drafting and negotiating contracts and providing procurement and third party claims advise. She also completed her LPC at the College of Law in Guildford in 2002.Bureau.

Genny Jones FMAAT

- Genny has extensive experience in the finance world, having worked in taxation, accounting, payroll and other finance areas, in both the public and private sector, originally with the Inland Revenue and later in public practice. She has also lectured at a number of private and public institutions, as well as designing and delivering various training courses including financial management for charities, and computerised accounting packages such as SAGE.In addition to her finance expertise, Genny is also a life coach having trained with the Life Coaching Academy. She utilises this skill in helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals. Her clients have included, Sage PLC, Newham Community Accountancy Project and a number of SMEs.

Zeedah Meierhofer-Mangeli (BA Pedagogy, BA sociology, Msc. Conflict Resolution)

Zeedah has extensive project development and management experience in the NGO sectors. She has specialised in Gender, diversity and race relations. She has vast experience working with youth, and promoting, providing training and mentoring courses for young women and girls. Zeedah has worked in African and European countries and holds various directorships positions. Her clients have included the city of Zurich (dept. Gender equality) the Evangelical churches of Switzerland (KEM), the UN, (dept. Child protection & Unicef) New York.

Sheila Elliot (BSc,FCCA, MBA)

Sheila is managing director of Business Support Services Ltd (strategic partner of AAA Consultancy Services Ltd). BSS provides specialised training and consultancy services to the voluntary and public sector including customised financial and human resources support. Sheila has over 17 years experience in management working for major national and public sector organisations and also holds various directorship positions.
